By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to this refund policy. Please read this policy carefully.

Cancellations and Refunds

Services: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.

Any materials purchased for a project remain billable and due by the customer once agreement of service is approved by the customer (estimate/invoice approvals).

Planning and scheduling fee of $250 may be billed for canceled services to account for professional consulting time.

Products: Custom or made-to-order products are generally non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage upon delivery.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Customer Service Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns.

Communication will primarily be handled via the contact information provided at booking. We strive to respond to inquiries within 1–2 business days.

For product orders, shipping times will vary based on availability and customization requirements. You will be provided with tracking information when applicable.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes of landscaping or land clearing services, as results depend on property conditions, weather, and other factors.

Products are warranted only as described in their product details, if applicable. All custom orders are to be inspected immediately on receipt for defects. Customer must make a notification of defects within 48 hours of receipt. No product warranties are offered for custom products outside of observed defects within 48 hours of receipt.
